We ask for your understanding that the deposit in case of cancellation cannot be repaid. In case of late arrival or early departure, each booked period will be considered as the basis for calculating of your stay rate. Otherwise, come into effect the general provisions of the South Tyrol Hotel Regulations.
Cancellation insurance: We offer the opportunity of our own insurance.

Unless otherwise specified at the time of booking, the cancellation policies are as follows:

For cancellations made up to 91 days before the date of arrival 30% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 90 to 8 days prior to arrival, 70% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total booking will be charged.
At the moment of reservation, you must pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation via credit card or bank transfer.
In case of cancellation, the deposit will be kept entirely by the accommodation.
The remaining amount has to be paid directly to the accommodation during your stay.
